Cashback Promotion Terms & Conditions

Eligibility for Cashback:

To qualify for the 50% cashback offer, a minimum net spend of AED 1,000 must be met on a single order.
This offer applies only to select products. Eligible items will be clearly marked as "Eligible for Cashback" on the Add to Cart page.

Exclusion of Discounts & Vouchers:

The cashback offer is strictly valid on full-priced items only. If any promotional discount code or gift vouchers/card are applied to the order, that purchase will become ineligible, and no cashback voucher will be generated.

Redemption Period:

Eligible customers will receive a cashback voucher redeemable on their next purchase.
The voucher is valid for a strict period of 7 days from the date of issue, after which it will automatically expire.

Voucher Applicability:

Once a cashback voucher is successfully generated, it can be applied to any product available on golfsuperstore.ae website.

Returns & Exchanges:

If an order that generated a cashback voucher is returned or cancelled, the generated cashback voucher will be rendered void. If the voucher has already been spent, the cashback value will be deducted from the refund amount.

VIP Card

  1. The first 100 customers who make a purchase exceeding AED 1500 will receive a personalized, limited-edition VIP Card.
  2. Entitled to a 20% discount on all purchases for a period of one (1) year from the date of issue.
  3. Cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.
  4. Valid for online purchases only (not applicable for in-store purchases).
  5. Non-transferable.
  6. Additional future benefits may be available.

Returns & Exchange

Returns Policy

Once you receive your item and wish to return it, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt by filling up the return form online so we can assist you further.

Any shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer. Refunds or exchanges will be processed in accordance with our policy, provided the product has not been damaged in any way.

Please note that Golf Superstore is not responsible for goods lost or damaged during return transit.

Returns Procedure

For any item you wish to return, please click on the "Returns" tab and complete the form.

Once the returned goods are received and verified to be in the same condition as delivered, we will process the return accordingly.

Terms & Conditions

  • Returns or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.
  • Items can only be exchanged if they are unused and have all original tags intact.
  • Once goods are accepted and confirmed to be in original condition, a Gift Voucher equivalent to the return value will be issued.
  • The Gift Voucher can be used within 1 month from the date of issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Special orders
  • Custom golf clubs
  • Personalized items

You agree to pay for all charges noted herein as payable by you. You must be 18 or older to purchase from the website. Any items purchased on this website will not be delivered to an address outside of the UAE with free delivery charges, considering a minimum order amount of 100 Dhs. International delivery charges may vary depending on the place and country of delivery and must be paid by the buyer. (Download Courier Charges – Rate Card)

All prices listed on this website are in Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).

All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. We will notify you by email within hours of making a purchase if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.

If you do not receive an e-mail within 24 hours (Saturday & Sunday will not be counted) of completing a purchase order, Golf Superstore Online is deemed to have confirmed the purchase at the price listed.

If you receive such notification, the sale will be automatically terminated unless you reply by email with a confirmation of your intention to purchase the item at the confirmed price.

Golf Superstore Online reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you or any group can purchase. Golf Superstore Online will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Golf Superstore Online will not be responsible for any delays in delivery that are beyond its control. Where delivery is delayed, Golf Superstore Online will notify you as soon as possible.
